I use this app to memorize words and phrases in English. At work, I often have to read books and documentation in English, and I don’t know half of the words.
I built this algorithm for myself, and it turned out to be the most effective for me:

• Every day, as new words appear, I write them all out with translation in Google tables in 2 columns. At the same time, I limit myself to 20 words per day. Memorizing more per day is too difficult.
• At the end of the day, I download a csv file from Excel and create a new Lesson here by the date of the current day. For example - "Words for 03/11/2024". Then I upload the csv file to this service - there is a very convenient import button. I save everything.
• The same day, when I ride the subway, I go through all the words. First the cards, then the Test, then the spelling. Within 40 minutes, I usually begin to recognize about 80% of the words.
• The next day, when I go to work, I go through all the words again and usually all the words are already learned.
• I do this for a week, and on the weekends I study all the words for the week in a jumble. It turns out that I study about 100 words and phrases per week, and every day there are fewer and fewer unfamiliar words in my work.

I have long been looking for an analogue of foreign services for learning words, because you can not pay with a Russian card there. I know English quite well, but I constantly come across unusual phrases and phrases - idioms. Direct translation there does not make sense, so the only way to remember them is to learn them by heart. When watching a movie, I create a separate Lesson calling it by the name of the film, and right while watching I save all the phrases I do not understand with the translation. Then I just learn them using cards.

This application copes with my task 100%!

An excellent service for learning terms. I like the fact that there is no connection to foreign words. That is, you can learn anything according to the Term - Definition principle. I use it to prepare for exams - I save entire theorems... On one side of the card is a Definition or any clue word. And on the reverse side is the definition. Moreover, I don’t copy texts - I type them by hand! While you are writing, a lot is already being remembered. And then you can repeat, mix the cards, test yourself as much as you like.
